Super Saiyan Challenge: Become the Legendary Entrepreneur!

ree

What Are Companies if Not a Bunch of Mortals Trying to Take Over the World?

Alright, today I’m not here to just talk strategies, tools, or trends. Nope. Today, it’s personal: you, me, your little biz, and your epic transformation into a full-on business warrior.

Because let’s face it, you don’t need Dragon Balls to become a Super Saiyan—just one thing: CLEAR GOALS.

So hop on your Flying Nimbus, because this is about to get wild.

WTF is a Goal and Why Does It Matter?

A goal is basically your life GPS (or your business GPS). Without one, you’re as lost as Vegeta in an anger management class. But don’t worry; that’s where the SMART method comes in. (And no, it doesn’t mean sweet-talking your Alexa):

  • Specific: None of that "I wanna be rich" stuff. Instead, "I’m gonna make $10,000 in the next six months."

  • Measurable: If you can’t measure it, it’s like firing a Kamehameha into a black hole.

  • Achievable: Don’t expect to hit Ultra Instinct in a week.

  • Realistic: Dream big, but don’t aim for impossible stuff (like “getting 8 hours of sleep as an entrepreneur”).

  • Time-Bound: Set a date. “Someday” is where procrastinators go to die.

From Average Earthling to Super Saiyan: The Path to Change

I’m in the middle of my own transformation, learning this crucial truth: every action triggers a reaction, equal or greater in magnitude. This isn’t magic, folks—it’s basic physics applied to success.Want results? You’ve gotta put in the ki (aka grind, hustle, effort).

Here’s the deal: we often try to do EVERYTHING at once, and end up as lost as Krillin looking for hair regrowth solutions. That’s why I’m prioritizing. Without clear goals, all your effort fizzles out like a poorly aimed Kamehameha.

My 4 Big Priorities (and How You Can Define Yours)

1. Level Up Physically and MentallyIt’s not just about having Broly’s body (although, let’s be real, that’d be nice). It’s about being ready for any battle, physically and mentally.

  • Mission: Get stronger and smarter.

  • Goal: Lose 5 pounds and finish 2 books in English this month.

  • Strategy: Train in boxing and running.

  • Tactic: Work out 4 times a week and read 2 hours a week.

  • KPI: Pounds lost, books finished.

💡 Tip: When you feel like giving up at the gym, just imagine Goku shouting, “POWER UP YOUR KI!”

2. Success That MattersSuccess isn’t just money; it’s turning your ideas into reality and creating value for your community (and yeah, making money, because bills don’t pay themselves).

  • Mission: Be an entrepreneur who inspires and a real influencer (none of that dog-filter nonsense).

  • Goal: Land a new client in NYC this month.

  • Strategy: Create epic content, visit Mexican restaurants in NYC, and hire someone for my team.

  • KPI: Clients gained, revenue growth, content posted.

💡 Tip: Keep your business cards handy. If Goku could train under 100x gravity, you can handle a cold pitch.

3. Family FirstAs a proud Mexican, family is EVERYTHING. But being far from them isn’t easy. That’s why I’m making a conscious effort to stay close, even if it’s just through a screen.

  • Mission: Maintain meaningful connections, no matter the distance.

  • Goal: One video call a week to catch up.

  • Strategy: Block a fixed day in my schedule to call and remind them how much they mean to me.

  • KPI: How many laughs and “I miss yous” we share.

💡 Tip: “No matter how far you are, if you’ve got family on video call, you’re always home.” – Dominic Toretto, probably.

4. Happiness (Because Life’s Meant to Be Enjoyed)Life’s short—so enjoy it. And yes, beers totally count as a KPI.

  • Mission: Savor the little things, without overcomplicating life.

  • Goal: Travel and grab a beer every now and then (with good company).

  • Strategy: Plan small trips and long conversations.

  • KPI: Moments you remember without needing Instagram.

💡 Tip: “One beer a week keeps the stress away; more than four, and your partner might have something to say.” – Confucius, probably.

What’s Next?

Now, I want to dig deeper into what it really takes to train like a legendary Super Saiyan. Because yeah, winning is the only thing that matters. And if you’re playing, it’s to win—if not, don’t even enter the tournament.

But this time, I’m not just focusing on goals. I’m zeroing in on the process. On the tactics. And for people like you and me, those tactics are HABITS.

Here’s a mind-blowing truth I read recently:“When you only focus on the goal, you think first about HAVING, then DOING, then BEING. But the right order is the opposite.”

The Saiyan Order of Winning:

  1. BE: Start with the mindset of who you want to become. What makes a Saiyan a Saiyan? Training hard, relentless determination, and an unhealthy love for epic battles. Act like the version of yourself who’s already crushed their goals.

  2. DO: The magic starts here. We are what we do. Daily tasks, consistent habits—those define us. Want to get stronger? Train like a warrior. Want to get smarter? Read like you’re trying to outthink Bulma.

  3. HAVE: This is the reward. The fruits of your sweat, I mean effort.

From Goals to Action

Nothing changes if you don’t take action (even in Dragon Ball). If you really want to transform, here’s your game plan:

  • Set your goals like they’re Dragon Balls.

  • Create your plan to gather them.

  • Track your progress like a scouter reading over 9,000.

If you’re ready for your Super Saiyan transformation, share your goals in the comments. Let’s see who’s got the biggest… discipline (or KPIs, for you nerds).

Remember, it’s not just about change. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself—for you, your family, and your business. Let’s go full Kaioken x1000! 💪🔥
